This role combines operational excellence with strong communication and relationship‑building skills, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive admissions experience aligned with the school’s values and international standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions Process ManagementManage the end‑to‑end admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment confirmation.Guide prospective families through application requirements, timelines, and procedures.Ensure accurate and timely processing of applications, documentation, and student records.Family Engagement & CommunicationAct as a key point of contact for prospective parents and students, providing clear, professional, and empathetic support.Conduct school tours, virtual meetings, and admissions interviews when required.Enrollment & Data ManagementMaintain and update admissions data in CRM or school management systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Prepare reports on applications, enrollments, and conversion rates to support planning and decision‑making.Support forecasting and enrollment tracking activities.Collaboration & Process ImprovementWork closely with marketing, academic, and administrative teams to align admissions activities with enrollment goals.Support open days, school events, and promotional initiatives related to admissions.Compliance & ReportingEnsure compliance with internal policies, data protection regulations, and school procedures.Prepare periodic admissions reports for school leadership and regional teams.Qualifications & TrainingDegree in Education, Humanities, Business Administration, or a related field.Approximately 2 years of experience in admissions, education, customer service, sales, or similar client‑facing roles.Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is an advantage.Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.Skills & AttributesStrong communication and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive and solution‑oriented approach.Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines efficiently.Confident use of digital tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively across teams.Employment TypeFull‑time.Seniority LevelEntry level.Job FunctionEducation and Training.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Nord Anglia Education by 2x.#J-18808-Ljbffr
