Success in this role requires creative problem-solving, adaptability and strong collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will act as a growth catalyst.**Principal responsibilities:*** Ensure that the best Technical/Market Price is delivered to our customers.* Design customized solutions applicable to the specific vertical.* Drive new product launches within a specific market alongside Marketing dept.* Accountable to identify strategic product pricing.* Maintain accurate data and leverage insights to identify opportunities and build actionable plans against KPIs.* Strong partnership with internal stakeholders to identify indirect specific sales channels.* Conduct deep market study and analysis to serve new or growing vertical markets.* Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of sales process.* Generate reports and dashboards to track result from each vertical and highlight areas for improvement.* Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements to support scalable vertical markets growth.* Strong collaboration with the local salesforce to ensure the achievement of the business growth defined by the segment strategy.* Ensure higher win rate, making post-mortem analysis on lost cases with sales.* Manage priority among customers with a hunter mindset and proactive approach to effectively ensuring the best quotations and offer follow ups.* Identify possible partnership with Third Parties to become more effective in the way we address the vertical market.**Minimum Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related relevant experience.* 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in the industrial sector.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Proficiency in Salesforce other systems such as PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint.* Familiarity with channel sales models and partner ecosystems.**Soft Skills:*** Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.* Proactivity* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Sales acumen* Identifies and mitigates risks* Breaks down problems effectively and leverages RCA* Performs strongly under pressure or in face of challenges* Focuses on long-term goals despite setbacks or failures* Leads change with optimism**Travel** **requirements:** up to 75%.**Location:** North-Italy, with the responsibility on the entire countryWerden Sie Teil des globalen Xylem-Teams und gestalten Sie innovative Technologielösungen mit, die die Nutzung, Verfügbarkeit, den Schutz und die nachhaltige Verwendung von Wasser sicherstellen.Unsere Produkte kommen in der öffentlichen Versorgung, der Industrie, im Wohnbereich und in gewerblichen Gebäuden zum Einsatz – mit dem Ziel, intelligente Maschinen, Anlagen, Messsysteme, Netzwerktechnologien und fortschrittliche Analysen für Wasser-, Strom- und Gasversorger sowie die Industrie bereitzustellen.
