For more than 50 years the brand has built a distinctive image recognized worldwide.Location – Serravalle Scrivia, Piedmont, Italy.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day operations of the café, managing workflow and staff schedules.Ensure adherence to company guidelines and support the manager as needed.Drive sales and average transaction value (ATV) to meet monthly targets.Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow audit and AP standards.Supervise, motivate, and lead barista team.Monitor customer satisfaction, manage complaints and resolve issues.Educate staff on resolving customer issues and delivering excellent service.Greet customers and deliver outstanding service.Prepare coffees and other beverages to a high standard of taste and quality.Make recommendations to customers and answer any questions.Coordinate orders with other baristas to ensure a smooth customer experience.Manage orders for stock and coffee supplies.Maintain and update hygiene audit records (e.g., temperature control, fridge records).Maintain and clean coffee bar area; organize service as needed.Monitor and maintain hygiene and cleaning standards.Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost reputation, providing a Ralph’s Coffee experience.QualificationsGood communication and leadership skills.Create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.Train and set standards for baristas.Handle customer complaints with professionalism and tact when manager is not present.Job InformationSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Management and ManufacturingIndustries: Retail Apparel and Fashion#J-18808-Ljbffr
