The Parts Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing the spare parts and accessories business for MG Italy, defining commercial strategies, monitoring performance, and supporting the dealer network to ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction. Propose to the Service Management the sales development strategy for spare parts through business plans, defining commercial and distribution policies across various markets. Analyze sales data to prepare budgets, forecasts, and actuals. Contribute to identifying and resolving quality issues. Define and monitor KPIs for dealerships and authorized service points. Operational Support to the Dealer Network Organize and deliver training courses on parts portals (DCS, EPC, MG Care). Monitor orders, shipments, invoices, and manage claims. Parts Department: monitoring supply levels and urgent orders. Proficiency in MS Office and previous experience with company ERP systems. Excellent spoken and written English. Commercial mindset and ability to identify unmet customer needs. Willingness to travel. Data analysis and strategic planning. Training capabilities and technical-operational support.
