Per il nostro punto vendita K-Way a Firenze siamo alla ricerca di Sales Assistant con esperienza di vendita nel settore fashion retail.In qualità di Sales Assistant, il tuo obiettivo è quello di fornire un eccellente servizio ai clienti.Avrai la responsabilità di garantire che il negozio abbia costantemente un aspetto che incoraggi le vendite attraverso il mantenimento dell'ordine, della pulizia e della completezza dell'assortimento.Dovrai garantire cortesia, gentilezza e collaborazione positiva con il team.Principali responsabilitàAssistere il cliente nella vendita;Mantenimento e gestione della merce al fine di garantire la massima disponibilità di merce nel reparto;Mantenere l'ordine e la pulizia del negozio;Mantenere l’ordine e la gestione dell’area prevenditaGestire i camerini seguendo le linee guida aziendali;Gestione delle operazioni di cassa.Full time (40h settimanali).Requisiti2-3 anni di esperienza pregressa come Sales Assistant nel retail (settore moda e calzature);Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali;Affidabilità, dinamismo, cortesia e flessibilità negli orari.K-Way si impegna a creare un ambiente di lavoro solidale e motivante, promuovendo la collaborazione e il dialogo aperto, accogliendo ogni voce e idea.
