The program will start in Q1 2026 and offer a 1‑year temporary contract with the aim to transform into a permanent contract in 2027.This is you:With a completed degree in Business Administration focusing on marketing, sales or similar academic backgroundYou have already successfully completed at least 1 year as temporary position in the field of Marketing, with a specific focus in product managementIf you are applying from outside Europe, you will need a valid visa that is valid for the entire period and you must be comfortable to start in Milan at your own expensesYou have an analytic mindset and using excel/analyze data is part of your daily businessA passion for working in an intercultural context is something that describes youYou are highly adaptable, fast at picking up new tasks, and driven to complete them effectivelyWith flexibility and willingness for assignments abroad or (inter)national business tripsLast but not least, you speak English very well (C1+).
