nss is a creative media agency that explores the link between fashion and street culture creating unique projects. We are looking for a Project Manager to join the events team. This key role requires a reliable and self-motivated individual who wants to join a fast-paced and highly creative environment. Scope of Assignment - Developing brand strategies for events and on field activations - Focusing especially on events management and production - Planning, organizing, and managing clients and in-house projects from start to finish - Work within timelines, deadlines and budgets - Work closely with the creative and production teams to improve workflows and ongoing processes - Strong problem solving and ability to collaborate with both creative and production teams - Improve and optimize workflows with various teams - Proactive approach on the workflow Qualifications - Minimum 1+ years of Project Management experience in the creative industry - Resilience and ability to handle multiple projects at once - Strong organizational sense and ability to work under pressure - Understanding of the nss aesthetic and target - Knowledge in events and management subjects - Knowledge in consumers behaviors - Well knowledge of the social channels - Good verbal and written communication skills in English - Ability to think analytically - Enjoying working in a forward-thinking, dynamic team - Excellent knowledge of the Office package and Keynote What we offer - Motivating, international, and creative work atmosphere - High degree of responsibility, creativity, originality, independence, and creative leeway - The opportunity to grow within the company - Full time Please share - Website or Portfolio (if available) - Curriculum Vitae
