Role SummaryDrive impactful projects in water membrane filtration - and help shape sustainable solutions for MANN+HUMMEL Life Sciences & Environment on a global scaleAs a Project Manager (m / f / d) in the Life Sciences & Environment business unit, you lead complex development and customer projects focused on advanced filtration solutions. In this international, cross‑functional role, you combine technical insight with strategic and organizational skills to bring innovations successfully to market.Main TasksAnalyze and evaluate project requirements from product management and customer inputs in close collaboration with the development, production, and sales teamDefine and coordinate tasks within international, interdisciplinary project teams, providing technical leadership across virtual and multi‑cultural environmentsSteer and monitor project execution with a strong focus on timelines, costs, and quality; proactively identify risks, delays, and challenges, and initiate corrective actionsDevelop and align project schedules and milestones in accordance with MANN+HUMMEL's project management processCreate and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and decision templates for internal steering committeesManage projects budgets, monitor deviations, and ensure timely corrective measuresBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and senior managementSupport innovation within the team and promote new ideas throughout the project lifecycleIdentify opportunities for process improvement and drive increased efficiency and effectivenessYour ProfileEducation: University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldProfessional Experience: Over 10 years working experience in the area of project management, preferably in an international industrial environment. Familiarity with MANN+HUMMEL structures and core business is a plus.Expertise:Strong business acumen and analytical mindsetProven track record of leading cross‑functional teams successfullyExcellent MS Office skills and experience with common project management toolsLanguages: Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spokenPersonality:Highly organized, innovative, and strategically mindedAble to perform under pressure while maintaining a focus on resultsStrong communicator with the ability to build and lead high‑performing teamsPlease send us your application documents in English language.Diversity and inclusion are part of our DNA.
