If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and service-driven, this is your opportunity to join a luxury environment where technology supports excellence.Main duties and responsibilities:Manage IT projects assigned by management, ensuring timely and accurate executionProvide technical support to users both on-site and remotely, handling IT requests and collaborating with vendors for prompt resolution. When needed, assist hotel guests, delivering professional and customer-focused serviceMonitor and ensure continuity of IT services, intervening directly or coordinating recovery activities with major software providers in compliance with SLAsPerform regular checks to ensure security and compliance with company policiesInstall and configure IT assets, working closely with the ICT team to manage standard changes and advanced requestsParticipate in audits of information systems, supporting review and compliance processesOversee seasonal opening and closing activities, including installation, configuration, and verification of workstation connections to ensure full IT operability across departments. At the end of the season, manage the disassembly and removal of equipmentDiagnose and resolve faults in hardware and audiovisual equipment, including IP phones, smart TVs, IP cameras, and other tech devices, ensuring timely restoration of full functionalityConfigure software and assist users in the use of digital toolsApply Belmond Group IT procedures, actively contributing to continuous service improvementPrepare an annual report of IT requests from operational departments, assessing priorities, costs, and feasibilityPerform preventive maintenance on IT equipmentRequirements:High school with proven experience in the IT sector or a degree in scientific disciplinesPrevious experience in technical support, preferably gained in hospitality or luxury environmentsExcellent command of Windows and MacOS operating systems, as well as key productivity software (Microsoft 365, management tools)Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, backup systems, IP telephony, and audiovisual equipmentFamiliarity with the architecture and infrastructure of Microsoft Windows environments, including Active Directory and related servicesAbility to independently install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issuesExcellent written and spoken English, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with international teamOutstanding organizational and coordination abilities, with a proactive approach to autonomous work and meeting deadlines set by managementExperience and familiarity with Aruba, Ruckus, Verkada, and Avaya networking solutions will be considered a preferential qualificationOther requirements:Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptabilityCollaboration: be able and willing to work as a team playerDrive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleaguesGlobal perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or backgroundBenefits:We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
