Position description The technical sales engineer, in close contact with the Head of the Brescia area, will implement the sales policies in the assigned area with the aim of developing relationships with active and potential customers to achieve the assigned commercial objectives. It will carry out practical application tests at customers' workshops proposing solutions that can meet their needs. Requirements and required experience Mechanical training and in-depth knowledge of mechanical machining, with at least five years of experience in the sector Experience in toolshops and/or workshops with numerically controlled machine tools Familiarity with business dynamics and economic skills Proven experience in B2B direct selling and commercial Knowledge of the target market and the competition Flexibility and ability to adapt to different situations and contexts Willingness to travel in the area of competence Excellent communication and persuasion skills Results-oriented and ability to achieve sales targets Ability to independently manage one's own work and to work in a team Native Italian speaker Knowledge of the English language Knowledge of the main IT tools (Office package, Outlook, CRM, E-Commerce) We offer Classification at white-collar level Attractive remuneration and stimulating incentives Company car also for private use, mobile phone, laptop, tablet Reimbursement of expenses and related provision Continuous training and updating Reference R The position is open to both male and female candidates Seco Tools Italia S.p.a Via Roma 2 – 22070 Guanzate (CO) Telefono
