DSCOVR is seeking an enthusiastic Intern Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the finance department, assisting with various financial tasks and projects. This internship is perfect for someone looking to kick-start their career in finance and gain valuable insights into the operations of a tech-driven company. Responsibilities Assist in daily financial operations, including data entry and invoice processing. Support the finance team in preparing financial reports and analysis. Participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes. Help maintain accurate records in compliance with company policies. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and insights. Contribute to special finance projects as needed. Requirements Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Basic understanding of financial principles and practices. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Effective communication and organizational skills. Motivated, eager to learn, and ready to take on challenges. Proficiency in Italian at B2 level is required; C1 level is considered an advantage. Benefits Dscovr's operational headquarters is in Milan and the team works both in presence (3) and smartworking (2), offering flexibility in operating mode and schedule. The position offered is an internship evolving into a full time contract at the end of the learning period. In addition to fixed compensation you will have a variable commensurate with company goals and several learning opportunities to be defined according to the best career path. We work on Macbooks that we give to each person. Monthly food vouchers are also provided.
