Join to apply for the Contract Manager role at NHOA Energy The Contract Manager mission will be to support the Legal team during the development and execution of the project(s). The person will be the key interface for all commercial, contractual and financial aspects of the contract(s) during their execution. The person will get the opportunity to work in a high-profile environment and join an international and dynamic team used to working under pressure and collaborating to reach key deadlines and goals. This role requires an individual with personal confidence, legal acumen and business savvy to operate in a highly regulated industry. This position will be based in Milan (Italy), flexibility to travel for work is required. Responsibilities Interface with all internal departments to ensure compliance with contract’s obligations, company policies and applicable laws; Identify contract’s risks and opportunities to protect and enhance the project performance; Proactively develop and share adequate contract management strategies; Administer project’s communications, negotiate contract amendments, variation orders and settlement agreements; Manage contract claims, coordinate with the Legal Team in case of dispute; Support other functions in the negotiation of contracts with clients and suppliers/subcontractors; Drive "on time"
