Il Ruolo In qualità di Director of Product Development & Sourcing, sarai l'anello di congiunzione cruciale tra la visione creativa e la realtà produttiva. La tua missione sarà trasformare l'ispirazione artistica in gioielli d'eccellenza, garantendo il perfetto equilibrio tra estetica, standard qualitativi, costi e tempistiche di consegna.Le tue responsabilità principali:Dall'Idea al Prodotto: Gestirai l'intero ciclo di vita dello sviluppo, traducendo i disegni (2 D/3 D) in specifiche tecniche pronte per la produzione.Ottimizzazione e Fattibilità: Sfiderai i design per migliorarne la realizzabilità tecnica, assicurando il rispetto dei margini e dei target qualitativi.Strategic Sourcing: Gestirai e amplierai una rete globale di fornitori qualificati (gemmologi, laboratori, incastonatori), negoziando termini e condizioni.Eccellenza Operativa: Monitorerai i costi (costing), la qualità e il rispetto del calendario lanci, agendo come referente principale per i reparti Finance e Operations.Innovazione Digitale: Guiderai l'implementazione del modulo manifatturiero su Odoo (ERP) e l'ottimizzazione del database storico. Requisiti Tecnici (Hard Skills)Esperienza nel Settore: Almeno 8-10 anni in ruoli di Product Development o Sourcing nel settore dell'Alta Gioielleria o del Lusso.Competenze Tecniche Orafe: Profonda conoscenza dei processi di fusione, incastonatura, leghe metalliche, gemmologia e tecniche di finitura.Lettura Disegno Tecnico: Capacità di analizzare e revisionare file CAD e disegni tecnici 2 D/3 D per valutarne la fattibilità produttiva.Gestione Finanziaria: Solida esperienza nel calcolo del costing di prodotto, gestione dei margini lordi e analisi degli scostamenti.Software: Ottima conoscenza di sistemi ERP (la conoscenza di Odoo è considerata un forte plus) e padronanza avanzata di Excel per la simulazione dei costi.Lingue: Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese (necessaria per la gestione dei fornitori internazionali). Competenze Trasversali (Soft Skills)Problem Solving Creativo: Capacità di proporre alternative tecniche che salvaguardino il design originale riducendo costi o complessità.Leadership e Negoziazione: Autorevolezza nel gestire i fornitori esterni e capacità di mediare tra le esigenze (spesso opposte) dell'ufficio stile e del dipartimento finance.Precisione e Orientamento al Dettaglio: Un approccio rigoroso alla documentazione tecnica e al controllo qualità, fondamentale per posizionamenti high-end.Gestione dello Stress e delle Scadenze: Capacità di gestire flussi di lavoro intensi, specialmente in prossimità dei lanci di collezione o fiere di settore.Visione Strategica: Capacità di guardare oltre la singola commessa per costruire una rete di fornitura resiliente e sostenibile nel lungo periodo.
