Be among the first 25 applicants.Microfinanza is looking for a professional with academic training and experience in agricultural economics, rural economics or agroeconomics, with solid expertise in agricultural development and the sustainable management of natural resources. The position is part of new initiatives focused on rural finance and the strengthening of agricultural enterprises, particularly in the fruit-growing and horticultural sectors. The selected specialist will work with the team in conducting feasibility studies, designing new interventions, and managing the technical and financial components of ongoing activities. He/she will contribute to supporting agricultural investments, analyzing business models, and integrating climate-smart approaches. He/she will also be responsible for field monitoring, preparing narrative and financial reports, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
