Our Client, a leading Multinational Company in the Retail & Wholesale Industry, is currently looking for an:Organizational Development Manager – OperationsThe resource will oversee the development and implementation of the Company’s Operations department enabling a consistent evolution with regards to organizational structures and processes, operational models, improvement, transformation and integration initiatives.Areas of responsibility: Organizational Design : develop new organization design initiatives, roles and responsibilities. Perform gap analysis. Plan organizational evolution identifying the road map and the key milestones Organization Development : to-be structures, role design, and recommended sizing and its implementation Change Management : act as a change agent supporting the business Project Management : manage the implementation of organizational projects at Operations department levelGovernance : plan, design and monitor Global Operations departments governance mechanisms to ensure main decisions/processes are structuredRequirements:Master’s Degree in Engineering or related Field5+ years of professional experience in Consulting or Multinational Companies, with knowledge of Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Organizational transformation projectsStakeholders Management and Influencing Skills, Result-orientation, Project Management and Change ManagementBackground in Target Operating Model, Business Process Reengineering, Process Mapping and ImprovementStrong analytical capabilities and ability to provide leadership in a large and complex organizationEnglish fluent, any other language is considered a plusLocation: Milan, Italy
