Per uno dei nostri clienti storici, prestigiosa multinazionale tedesca operante nel settore delle soluzioni per ufficio con sede a Cadorago (CO), stiamo cercando unDIRETTORE COMMERCIALE IL CANDIDATO IDEALE Mansioni Il Direttore Commerciale avrà le seguenti responsabilità Definizione della strategia di vendita aziendale, negoziazione di contratti rilevanti, gestione delle relazioni con clienti strategici e collaborazione con il marketing.Gestione del team commerciale: Il Direttore Commerciale dovrà guidare, motivare e formare la rete vendita, monitorando le performance individuali e di gruppo.Sviluppo di nuove opportunità di business in stretta collaborazione con il Managing Director.Reporting: analizzare i dati di vendita e le performance per identificare aree di miglioramento e assicurare il raggiungimento dei risultati.Relazione diretta - o a supporto del Managing Director - con l’Head Quarter in Germania.Competenze richieste Conoscenza del mercato di riferimento;Leadership: saprà motivare e guidare il suo team al raggiungimento degli obiettivi condivisi;Capacità di negoziazione: saprà condurre trattative efficaci con i clienti, i fornitori e altri partner commerciali per ottenere accordi vantaggiosi;Capacità di analisi: saprà analizzare i dati, programmare le attività e valutare i risultatri raggiunti;Capacità di problem solving: saprà identificare, analizzare e risolvere i problemi che potrebbero presentarsi in qualsiasi fase del processo commmerciale comunicando con tutte le parti interessate per trovare le soluzioni necessarie;Buona conoscenza dell’inglese scritto e parlato.Il candidato ideale sarà dotato di approccio dinamico e proattivo;spiccate capacità relazionali;capacità di gestione delle priorità;empatia.I candidati interessati potranno inviare il loro cv a #J-18808-Ljbffr
