We are looking for a Tech Delivery Analyst to join our Technology & Delivery team in Milan. If you love numbers but are even more excited about understanding what drives them, this is your chance to get to the heart of our delivery engine and help it run at its best. Reporting directly to the Director of Technology & Delivery, you will be the go-to person for monitoring the performance, costs, and processes of our tech projects - turning data into insights, and insights into continuous improvement. What you'll do : Monitor internal and external project costs, identifying trends and anomalies.Work closely with system, service, and vendor owners to ensure quality and traceability of all operational flows.Ensure that invoices, costs, and activities are always accurate, timely, and consistent.Build clear and actionable reports on profitability, productivity, and project roadmap performance.Analyze delivery process performance to highlight bottlenecks and efficiency opportunities.Contribute to the evolution of monitoring tools and processes, making them increasingly data-driven and automated.What we're looking for : 2–4 years of experience in controlling, project controlling, or business analysis, ideally within tech or digital environments.Solid proficiency with Excel, BI tools, and project management systems.Strong analytical and proactive mindset, with a passion for simplifying processes and translating data into insights.Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Tech, and PMO teams.Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.What we offer : Benefits: monthly lunch tickets, company laptop, discounts on our owned and partner brands, and local perks.Learning & Development: continuous learning experience with TLG University and other training programs.Workplace & People: join a dynamic, collaborative, and international environment (30+ nationalities, average age 31), where you can see the tangible impact of your work every day.Join us as a Tech Delivery Analyst and be part of a team that connects technology, numbers, and performance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
