EMEA Project Manager Commercial Operations - Azienda Farmaceutica Join to apply for the EMEA Project Manager Commercial Operations - Azienda Farmaceutica role at LHH ResponsibilitiesSupervisionare il processo di integrazione commerciale nella regione EMEA, in collaborazione con il Responsabile EMEA, analizzando l’attuale assetto e implementando nuove soluzioni per migliorare l’efficacia delle vendite e l’efficienza operativa. Agire come punto di riferimento EMEA per progetti trasversali definiti dalla sede centrale. Sviluppare e implementare un framework di Sales Excellence per garantire coerenza e diffusione delle best practice in tutta l’organizzazione. Definire strumenti, processi e linee guida standard per assicurare l’allineamento all’interno della regione EMEA. Supportare la strategia commerciale EMEA, assicurando coerenza con le piattaforme globali e valutando eventuali gap rispetto alle risorse e competenze necessarie. Collaborare con il team Finance nella definizione di budget di vendita, forecast e piani di lungo termine, in linea con le linee guida e gli obiettivi aziendali. Contribuire alla definizione della strategia di Go-To-Market per ciascun Paese e supportarne l’implementazione in collaborazione con i Country Manager e i distributori.Your ProfileEsperienza minima di 5 anni in un contesto commerciale internazionale, preferibilmente nei settori farmaceutico o dei dispositivi medici. Spiccate capacità interpersonali, di comunicazione, presentazione, negoziazione e costruzione di relazioni. Mentalità flessibile, capacità di guidare il cambiamento e ottimizzare l’organizzazione per sviluppi di business ambiziosi, con un elevato livello di energia personale.
