Il Residual Value Specialist è responsabile della stima, analisi e monitoraggio dei valori residui dei veicoli, contribuendo alla definizione delle politiche di pricing, leasing e remarketing. Lavora a stretto contatto con Il Remarketing Manager, team commerciali, finanziari e tutto il dipartimento di per ottimizzare la redditività dei veicoli e supportare decisioni strategiche a livello locale e internazionale.Responsabilità principaliAnalizzare i valori residui dei veicoli a fine ciclo in diverse linee di prodotto e mercati.Monitorare trend di mercato, competitor pricing e performance dei veicoli usati.Fornire stime accurate di valore residuo per contratti di leasing, noleggio a lungo termine e vendita diretta.Collaborare con i team di remarketing per ottimizzare il turnover e la marginalità dei veicoli.Sviluppare modelli predittivi per la gestione del rischio residuo.Supportare le decisioni di pricing e incentivi in fase di vendita e marketing.Preparare reportistica e presentazioni periodiche.Garantire il rispetto delle linee guida corporate e delle normative locali.Contribuire a iniziative di innovazione e digitalizzazione dei processi di valutazione residua.RequisitiLaurea in economia, ingegneria gestionale, statistica o discipline affini.Minimo 5 anni in ruoli di residual value management, fleet management, leasing o automotive finance.Preferibile esperienza in contesti multinazionali o produttori automotive.Analisi dati, modellizzazione e reportistica finanziaria.Conoscenza del mercato automotive e dinamiche del valore residuo.Capacità di elaborare previsioni e scenari di valore residuo.Analisi critica e problem solving.Orientamento al risultato e attenzione ai dettagli.Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese, ogni altra conoscenza linguistica sarà considerata un plus.Cosa OffriamoCompenso competitivo commisurato alla performance e all’esperienza.Inserimento in una multinazionale in forte crescita nel settore automotive.Possibilità di sviluppo professionale in un contesto internazionale, con interazioni dirette con HQ europeo e asiatico.Ambiente dinamico e orientato all’innovazione, con focus sulla mobilità sostenibile.About BYD Group: Founded in February 1995,BYD Groupis a leading high-tech, multi-sector company focused on innovation and development in the automotive, rail, energy, and electronics industries.
