You set the tone, always.Core CompetenciesFluent in English and Italian – both written and spokenPrevious experience in a restaurant within a high-end hotel or similar environmentAt least 1 year of experience in the hospitality sectorPassion for hospitality, food & beverage, and delivering top-level guest experiencesProven leadership in roles such as Chef de Partie, Supervisor, or Assistant ManagerStrong organizational and time-management skillsA refined eye for detail, service style, and presentationSolid understanding of food safety, hygiene protocols, and service standardsStamina and resilience to handle demanding service hoursA collaborative mindset—you lead the team, but you’re part of it tooWhat we offerProfessional development and training opportunities, with possibilities for growth within the Aethos brandSpecial rates on stays and services at our hotelsWe are very much looking forward to your application.Application should be in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
