Located in the heart of Europe’s automotive hub, our team brings together international talent to define the next generation of CHANGAN vehicles; combining emotional design, human-centered thinking, and cutting‑edge execution.About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Exterior/Interior Designer to join our Design teams.The ideal candidate is a passionate, experienced, and highly creative automotive designer, capable of delivering innovative design proposals and leading projects with autonomy and precision.ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality design proposals within project deadlines.Deeply understand and embody CHANGAN’s Brand & Design Philosophy and its values.Work independently to produce consistent, high-quality design outcomes.Understand packaging constraints and engineering requirements.Provide precise design inputs for digital and physical modelers.Lead digital/physical model development in collaboration with other teams.Prepare and participate autonomously in presentations and weekly management reviews.Present design proposals to management, including Directors and General Management.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Transportation Design, Automotive Design, or Industrial Design.Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in automotive industry.Strong hand and digital sketching abilities.Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Alias, Blender, VRED, or similar.Passion for innovation and precision in design.Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.Excellent time management and ability to adapt in fast‑paced environments.Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.Knowledge of Chinese is considered a plus.What We OfferA dynamic, multicultural, and creative working environment.Opportunities to grow within an international automotive design organization.The chance to contribute directly to the design of future CHANGAN vehicles for global markets.An inspiring workplace located in Turin; the heart of European automotive design.Submit your application, including a portfolio (maximum 10 MB) to Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Changan Automobile Design Center Europe s.r.l by 2xGet notified about new Interior Designer jobs in Rivoli, Piedmont, Italy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
