MissionManage the achievement of the System Completion objectives, as defined in project hand-over procedures and other project plans and schedules. The goal is to facilitate the hand-over of the plant by guiding and monitoring activities carried out by various disciplines and parts of the site organization involved in the completion phase (HSE, Construction, Commissioning, Engineering, and Project Control). Ensure activities follow established sequences and aim for overall optimization. Coordinate between Construction and Commissioning Teams to ensure progressive Mechanical Completion. Lead and manage clear communication and reporting on all matters related to System Completion throughout the computerized Completion Management System adopted for the project. Activities and Main ResponsibilitiesThe main duties and responsibilities include: Coordinate, monitor, and report all aspects of Mechanical Completion, including implementing the Mechanical Completion System and Tool; Promote actions necessary to achieve final subsystem/system completion for subsequent pre-commissioning works; Monitor that systems/subsystems are completed according to the priority defined in the pre-commissioning/commissioning schedule; Ensure progress updates for certification completion and punch list closure; Obtain Client approval for Mechanical Completion (MC) and Ready for Start-Up (RFSU) and facilitate subsequent handover; Participate in activities related to organizing the Handover presentation (if applicable); Ensure all relevant procedures linked to handover activities are approved by the Client; Guide the Turn Over Team in preparing necessary documents; Organize weekly meetings with Construction and Commissioning Teams for handover completion according to commissioning priorities for Mechanical Completion; Review Mechanical Completion reports issued by Turn Over Engineers on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis; Coordinate with Engineering and Commissioning Teams to ensure all deliverables required for the Completion Database are in line with contractual requirements (TAG list, Family TAG list, System and subsystem list, Check sheets, ITP, marked-up P&ID and drawings); Coordinate with Test Pack Coordinator about uploading and updating test packs at site and ISOs related to them, and with Loop Check Coordinator regarding loop checks; Ensure subsystems/check sheets are assigned to each component/TAG according to approved ITPs.
