About the Role The Integration Manager (M&A Post-Integration) is responsible for leading end-to-end post-merger integration execution across DKSH's business, functional, and geographic workstreams. This role is critical to realizing the full value of DKSH's acquisitions by translating deal intent into structured execution, driving synergy capture, and ensuring seamless organizational and operational convergence.

Translate signed deal assumptions into a detailed integration roadmap, milestones, and deliverables that guide cross-functional teams from Day 1 through stabilization.
Establish and govern integration governance frameworks including steering committees, workstream cadences, and escalation paths to maintain accountability and momentum.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Human Resources (HR), Finance, Information Technology (IT), Commercial, and Supply Chain to ensure aligned and timely execution.
Oversee Day 1, Day 100, and stabilization phases to protect business continuity and minimize operational disruption.
Ensure data, systems, and process integration across Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and reporting structures are executed as planned.
Lead change management and communication plans to reduce disruption, protect employee retention, and maintain organizational confidence throughout the integration journey.
Bachelor's degree in Scientific, Engineering, or a related field.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), management consulting, transformation, or large-scale program delivery.
Prior experience leading post-merger integration or carve-out transactions is strongly preferred.
Strong project and program management capability across large, complex transformations with multiple concurrent workstreams.
Solid understanding of the M&A lifecycle from deal origination and due diligence through to integration execution.
Experience working with financial models, synergy models, and performance tracking frameworks.
Exposure to business process harmonization and system integration across ERP and CRM environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and external advisors.
Data-driven and detail-oriented approach to managing integration performance and outcomes.
Fluency in Italian (required) and French an advantage
