Per importante nostro cliente ricerca : Junior Procurement Analyst SI OFFRE : iniziale contratto di 6 mesi in somministrazione con possibilità di proroga; Range RAL : 35K + ticket restaurant pari a 7,50 euro; Full time lun. - ven. (37H settimanali) con flessibilità oraria in modalità ibrida (SW pari a 2-3 giorni settimanali) Sede di lavoro : Milano. Retribuzione annua : 28000€ - 34000€ esperienza 2 anni Requisiti : Laurea triennale in materie economiche o scientifiche; Eccellenti competenze scritte e orali in lingua inglese (B2-C1, sarà testato durante il colloquio); Competenza in Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint; l'esperienza con strumenti di dashboard (es. Power BI o Tableau) è un plus; Esperienza come procurement analyst; Forti capacità comunicative e organizzative; Capacità di lavorare sia in modo indipendente che in team; Mentalità analitica e attenta ai dettagli. Responsabilità : Il Junior Procurement Analyst si unirà al team di Strategia di Approvvigionamento all'interno dell'unità "Sourcing Plan, PMO & Market Intelligence". Svolgerà un ruolo chiave nel supportare le attività di reporting, in particolare nell'analisi e nella preparazione dei KPI, e nello sviluppo di dashboard per monitorare le prestazioni degli acquisti. Supportare la raccolta, l'analisi e il reporting dei KPI di approvvigionamento, con un focus sugli indicatori 5S; Preparare e mantenere dashboard per fornire insight sulle prestazioni degli acquisti e sull'ottimizzazione dei processi; Preparare analisi per supportare le unità di strategia di sourcing nel processo decisionale; Assistere nella stesura di presentazioni istituzionali per il dipartimento; Supportare le attività di PMO relative alle iniziative strategiche intraprese dall'unità. #J-18808-Ljbffr
