Finance Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Analyst to join our Finance Department in Milan and support the Finance Director in managing and improving the company’s financial performance. The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years of experience, a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills in English and a good knowledge of French, together with a solid foundation in accounting and financial processes. The position will focus exclusively on the financial management of the foreign subsidiaries. Main Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all financial activities related to foreign subsidiaries. Support in Budgeting and Forecasting activities for international entities. Perform Cash Flow Analysis and monitor liquidity trends across subsidiaries. Prepare and manage financial reports for corporate bodies (e.g., Board of Directors). Collaborate with the Accounting Department on monthly closings and financial statements of foreign companies. Contribute to the preparation of the Statutory Financial Statements and internal reporting. Requirements Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Fluent English (both written and spoken) – daily communication with international stakeholders. Good knowledge of French (both written and spoken). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial analysis tools. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Previous experience in the Finance & Administration department. Experience in an auditing firm (Big Four experience preferred). Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
