This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven team building impactful clean-energy projects that contribute directly to Italy’s sustainability goals.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate suitable land parcels for solar and agrivoltaic developmentConduct site visits and build strong relationships with landowners, brokers, agencies, and local stakeholdersNegotiate land lease and acquisition agreementsSupport technical and environmental feasibility assessmentsMaintain accurate reporting and documentation across the full land-sourcing processAbout You1–4+ years’ experience in land scouting, real estate, agriculture, energy development, or similarStrong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skillsComfortable working independently and managing regular travelOrganised, proactive, and solution-focusedMotivated by renewable energy and Italy’s clean-energy transitionWhat’s on OfferCompetitive salary aligned with experienceAttractive performance-based bonus structureHybrid working model (1–2 days/week in Milan office)Clear opportunities for growth and development within a fast-expanding organisationSupportive team culture, training, and the tools needed to succeed
