We supply products approved in our customers’ countries or markets and deliver top-notch supply chain and customer services locally.Secheron Hasler Italia is seeking a Technical Repair Technician to join our dynamic Customer Service Center team in Villafranca di Verona.ResponsibilitiesSet up electronic systems and devicesTroubleshoot, repair, and refurbish industrial electronic equipmentRepair malfunctions in circuitry and other system structuresTroubleshoot electronic circuits to component level and identify failure trendsTest electronic components to board level, using various methods and testing equipmentRepair and/or replace electronic components to board level, including but not limited to: diodes, transistors, resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and other printed circuit componentsUpdate software and run tests on existing equipmentFamiliarity with and ability to utilize different types of test equipment such as function generators, oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and power supplies; isolate problems between the test environment and the units under testRecord and interpret test data to determine pass/fail conditions and determine when further analysis is needed; communicate with Repair Services management to keep them informed of job statusPerform field service visits in a timely manner as required to resolve technical issues experienced by customersSolder and desolder using through-hole and surface-mount technologyRecognize various electronic components and their functionsWork in a progressive repair process with direct interaction with teammatesCollaborate with other professionals on technical tasksMaintain inventoryInterpret drawings, training manuals, and instructions to perform dutiesAttend regular training workshops and report to the SupervisorEnsure that all power and manual tools are operated in accordance with health and safety regulationsQualificationsITI/Diploma/Degree or completed coursework in Electronics1 year of proven work experience in a similar roleGood working knowledge of English (reading, writing and speaking)Experience as electronic technician or in a similar roleMS OfficeAbility to interpret electronic schematics and product drawingsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and organizational skillsAutonomy and proactivityWhat we offerInteresting work experience in an international companyPossibility of travellingProfessional and career growth within the Italian and parent companyIf our offer appeals to you and you meet the above requirements, please apply.
