Digital Experience Specialist – Digital Experience Specialist role at Esko.This role is remote in Europe.ResponsibilitiesTechnical SEO & Web PerformanceLead technical SEO initiatives across Esko’s multilingual websites, optimizing site architecture, structured data, and crawl management for global visibility.Implement and maintain SEO best practices, addressing performance, indexing, canonicalization, and site speed optimization.Stay ahead of evolving AI-driven search and AI overview trends, adapting Esko’s SEO strategy to maintain strong organic performance.Website Management & OperationsCollaborate within Esko’s global web team to maintain, optimize, and evolve the company’s web properties.Manage technical web projects—landing page builds, site enhancements, and multilingual updates—from concept through delivery.Analytics & Tag ManagementConfigure and maintain Google Tag Manager (GTM) and web analytics tracking across large, multilingual websites.Manage integrations between the CMS, marketing automation systems (Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot), and Salesforce to ensure accurate lead routing and measurement.Build and maintain dashboards and reports using GA4 and related tools to track website performance, engagement, and conversion metrics.Multilingual Website CoordinationSupport global site governance and localization workflows, ensuring consistent UX, content hierarchy, and SEO implementation across languages.Optimization & InnovationIdentify opportunities to improve UX, SEO, and lead generation through A/B testing, analytics insights, and cross-team collaboration.Contribute ideas to enhance the digital experience in line with emerging web and search technologies.Requirements6+ years of experience managing or optimizing enterprise-level websites, ideally in B2B tech or software environments.Demonstrated expertise in technical SEO for large, multilingual websites, including site audits, structured data, and schema implementation.Strong technical proficiency with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and data layer configuration.Familiarity with global web governance, localization, and translation workflows.Solid understanding of SEO and its evolution in the era of AI and intelligent search.Excellent project management, communication, and influencing skills—able to align diverse stakeholders around shared digital priorities.Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset; thrives in cross-functional projects and enjoys partnering across disciplines.We encourage people from all backgrounds to apply.
