ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Analyst, you’ll be the bridge between our clients, product, and engineering teams - translating business needs into smart, scalable software solutions. You’ll: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document requirements Analyse business and technical issues, triaging and ensuring smooth resolutions Configure and test software to meet customer needs Support product enhancements and advise on scope of new development Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation Background inBanking, Treasury, or Financial Softwareenvironments Strong analytical mindset and problem solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience withSQLand/orPower BIa plus A proactive, adaptable, and commercially aware approach QualificationsBackground in Banking, Treasury, or Financial Software environments Strong analytical mindset and problem solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience with SQL and/or Power BI a plus A proactive, adaptable, and commercially aware approach This is a dynamic, hands on role where your insight and expertise will directly influence product quality, client satisfaction, and overall business success.
