We’re seeking a Social Media Specialist with 2-3 years of hands‑on experience in the social media world, especially in organic social management. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and love collaborating with clients, we want to hear from youKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement editorial plans for various social platformsWrite engaging copy for social media posts tailored to different audiencesSchedule and publish content across multiple channelsMonitor and respond to comments, fostering a positive community (community management)Draft regular performance reports and provide actionable insightsManage day‑to‑day client communications and deliverablesProactively contribute ideas and strategies to enhance client social media presenceBonus: Experience with paid social / ad campaigns is a plusAbout You:3-4 years’ experience in social media management, preferably in an agency settingStrong copywriting skills and attention to detailExperience with social media scheduling and analytics toolsExcellent organizational and time management skillsProactive, creative, and client‑focused mindsetFluent in Italian and proficient in EnglishThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of the responsibilities for this role.
