Job Description Summary The successful candidate will join the ESG team as Senior ESG Consultant, especially (but not only) for the delivery of environmental certifications & ESG audits. This role will also prepare, monitor and execute/supervise agreed client deliverables to a high standard on time and within the agreed parameters including support business development nationally.Job Title ESG Senior ConsultantCore Client ResponsibilitiesDeliver environmental certifications: preassessments, certifications (including upload on the relevant platform), project management and QADeliver ESG audits/assessments and tracking across a spectrum of sustainability metrics, including energy, water, solid waste, and greenhouse gas emissions to measure progress towards clients’ sustainability and financial goals, and to meet mandatory reporting requirementsDesign sustainability strategies at portfolio and asset levelDesign sustainability and wellbeing focused action plans on portfolio and asset level that enhance the client\'s sustainability performance, coordinated with client’s corporate policies and Cushman & Wakefield’s standards and draft policiesPrepare relevant reports where required as part of deliverablesManage internal and external relationships including Client, Cushman & Wakefield, local authorities, service providers, statutory bodies, engineering companies and representatives of clientsProvide sustainability support & advice to the local Asset Services teamAdditional ResponsibilitiesManage relationship with key partners and certification bodiesMaintain knowledge on the protocols updateSupport presentations to clients and colleagues as necessary, including local client pitchesSupport evolution of the sustainability service offering and actively support business development to retain and win new client workAbout YouProven track record in delivering environmental certifications (BREEAM, LEED, etc), experience conducting ESG auditsTechnical background in Energy and Sustainability and a master’s or degree in a relevant subjectProven experience of working within the commercial property sectorExceptional client relationship management skillsAn evident passion for sustainability & responsible businessAbility to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environmentHighly motivated individual with drive for self-developmentA minimum of 3 years relevant Sustainability experienceFluent in Italian and EnglishLocation: San Vittore Olona, Lombardy, Italy#J-18808-Ljbffr
