Its companies Stilmas, Olsa, DOC, BCD and KeyPlants are leaders in clean utilities, process technologies, services and modular facility solutions.Are you ready to take ownership of complex projects, drive cross‑functional coordination, and play a key role in delivering high‑quality industrial solutions?We’re looking for aProject Coordinatorwho thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to turn challenges into successful outcomes.In this role, you will be the central point of contact ensuring that every phase of the project runs smoothly and according to plan:Lead and coordinate all project activities, ensuring smooth execution and on‑time deliveryFacilitate effective communication among stakeholders, team members, suppliers, and partnersProduce, distribute, and maintain all project documentation, ensuring compliance and risk mitigationInterface with Project Engineers and technical departments to align priorities and technical requirementsCollaborate closely with the project management team and follow internal best‑practice guidelinesMaintain clear and timely information flows between the company and the clientEnsure all actions are executed within schedule and budgetGather feedback, monitor supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement initiativesExperience & Education3–7 years of experience, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sectorTechnical background (Engineering, Surveyor, Industrial Technical Diploma)Strong organizational and communication skillsCustomer‑oriented mindset and confidence in client interactionsAbility to track work progress, identify risks, and proactively accelerate activities when neededExperience in structuring projects and managing multiple workstreamsAbility to understand and oversee various workflows, acting as the focal point when stakeholders are not presentSolid proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to work autonomously and plan activities effectivelyReliability, problem‑solving attitude, and a strong sense of ownershipExcellent team player with good English language skills⭐What We OfferPermanent contractFull‑time role (40 hours/week)A dynamic and fast‑growing environmentCompetitive salary package:€45–55K RAL + performance‑based bonusSeniority level: Mid‑Senior levelEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Project Management and EngineeringIndustry: Industrial Machinery ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Olsa by 2x#J-18808-Ljbffr
