Per conto di un’azienda cliente, EPCM internazionale con sede a Milano, siamo attualmente alla ricerca di una figura di Project Development Manager per attività di sviluppo di progetti in fase RTB / pre-construction. La risorsa sarà coinvolta nel coordinamento e nella gestione di progetti relativi a impianti fotovoltaici (PV) e BESS, fornendo supporto a tutte le fasi del processo di sviluppo. Responsabilità La figura sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività: Pianificare, supervisionare e coordinare i progetti, assicurando l’efficienza operativa e il rispetto delle scadenze; Gestire i rapporti con stakeholder, board e clienti, garantendo il corretto svolgimento delle attività di permitting di primo e secondo livello; Supportare la predisposizione della documentazione necessaria per permessi e autorizzazioni AUR/PAUR, VIA, nel rispetto della normativa ambientale vigente; Intrattenere rapporti con Terna e GSE per i rispetto dei requisiti autorizzativi e vincolistici; Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento dei progetti, elaborando report periodici a supporto delle analisi di performance; Collaborare alla definizione del budget e al controllo dei costi di progetto.
