Attività principaliAnalizzare processi esistenti o nuovi attraverso tecniche di value stream mapping e analisi dati. Effettuare muda analisys su processi esistenti padroneggiando tecniche quali 4M+E, 5W+2H e 5 Why. Progettare stati futuri di processi esistenti o nuovi attraverso tecniche di value stream mapping. Progettare le 4M+E dei nuovi processi. Elaborare action plan e far rispettare scadenze per l’implementazione delle soluzioni. Misurare il risultato dei progetti di miglioramento per il follow-up. Progettare attrezzature, postazioni e linee di assemblaggio per precessi esistenti o nuovi.
