YOUR ROLEPALO IT is an AI‑enabled software delivery consultancy helping enterprises transform how they build products and run programs. Our Gen‑e2 methodology sits at the heart of this work — a structured approach to embedding AI augmentation across the full software delivery lifecycle, from discovery to deployment.
We're looking for an AI Transformation Lead to join the Gen‑e2 Pilots & Transformation team. This role centres on helping clients turn AI ambition into lasting organisational change. You will shape transformation roadmaps, align stakeholders, guide teams through new ways of working, and ensure that AI initiatives deliver measurable business value. Key Responsibilities
