Challenging, Talent & Recruiting Consulting Companyricerca per azienda cliente nel settoreMartech, un/a Tech Lead Full Stack con almeno 10 anni di esperienza.La persona ideale è proattiva, autonoma, con forte spirito di ownership e ambizione di crescere rapidamente verso un ruolo di Chief Technology Officer (CTO).Il contesto in cui opera l’Azienda, è basato su un Marketplace proprietario, specializzato per gestire diverse tipologie di progetti in ambito Customer Engagement.La Piattaforma Software ha un ruolo strategico e centrale per il suo modello di business.Sono elementi preferenziali aver operato in ambiti Digitali, sviluppo di APP e integrazioni con strumenti di AI.Il mercato di riferimento è Corporate Medium e Large, Cross Industries.Ottime capacità comunicative, orientamento al risultato e voglia di crescere professionalmente sono elementi imprescindibili.AttivitàSupporto alla stima degli economics delle attività tecnologicheDefinizione dei piani operativi di progettoSupporto alla gestione dei ClientiSupporto nelle scelte tecnologiche e all’evoluzione architetturale della Piattaforma.Gestione del Team Interno dedicato alla Piattaforma e di eventuali fornitori esterniAll’occorrenza, supporto tecnico diretto al TeamProgettazione e sviluppo end-to-end di soluzioni digitali su misura per i clienti (siti web, app e piattaforme).Traduzione delle specifiche tecniche e funzionali in applicazioni performanti e scalabili.Supporto nelle scelte tecnologiche e nell’evoluzione architetturale dei progetti.Coordinamento e mentoring dei profili più junior del team tecnicoContributo alla standardizzazione dei processi di sviluppo (versioning, testing, CI/CD)Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo software full stackSolida conoscenza di Java (back-end) e Angular (front-end)Conoscenza di best practice di sviluppo (clean code, test automation, code review)Opzionalmente competenze di natura sistemisticaModalità di lavoro : Ibrida (Milano)Contratto: Tempo indeterminatoRal : 45-60 K in base all’effettiva seniorityIl presente annuncio è rivolto ad entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91, e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi 215/03 e 216/03#J-18808-Ljbffr
