Team Overview and Job ResponsibilitiesAs an intern at Prysmian you will support the Workforce Planning Team in planning and controlling activities.Your RoleCollaborate with the team to prepare monthly reporting containing Strategic People metrics to support business strategic decision with workforce insights.Work with the team to prepare People Analytics for HR Teams and Specialists to enable data-driven actions and process optimization.Contribute to monitoring Inclusion & Equity KPIs and preparing the Sustainability Report in line with CSRD and ESRS principles.Support monthly analysis comparing actual vs budget for both headcount and labor costs consolidating data coming from Prysmian Group HR Regional Teams.Assist in performing cost analyses based on headcount and organizational structure / design.Who We Are Looking ForMasters degree in Economics or EngineeringStrong analytical skills with the ability to organize and interpret dataProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointFluency in Italian and EnglishPrysmian as an Equal Opportunity Employer aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds skills and abilities.
