In PwC Other Trust Solutions (OTS) we support organizations in strengthening resilience, transparency, governance and regulatory compliance, operating in complex and highly regulated contexts, providing services focused on governance, risk & compliance, cybersecurity, technological solutions for the world of Trust and ESG issues.
We are looking for a Manager to lead initiatives in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management.
The resource will support public and private organizations in the design, implementation and maturation of their operational resilience frameworks, contributing to the protection of critical processes and services, strengthening response capabilities to disruptive events and compliance with main national and European standards and regulatory requirements.
The candidate will be responsible for the management and coordination of complex projects in the Operational Resilience field , interacting with executive level stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams.
By joining the team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Define, implement and improve frameworks and Operational Continuity Management Systems (SGCO) , supporting organizations in the process of adopting and maintaining industry best practices.
- Conduct assessments and analysis activities of operational resilience with reference to Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Technology & Cyber Resilience, Supply Chain Resilience and Emergency Management, evaluating maturity levels, organizational capabilities, critical dependencies and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate the execution of Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Risk Assessment and activities to identify critical services and processes .
- Define strategies, operating models , processes, procedures and Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management plans.
- Design, plan and conduct exercises, simulations and training activities aimed at increasing the level of preparation and awareness of organizations with respect to the management of critical events and crisis scenarios.
- Support organizations in verifying compliance with reference standards and regulations in the field of resilience, such as ISO 22301, ISO 22361, CER Directive and related implementing provisions.
- Contribute to the development of team skills , to the growth of relationships with customers and to the identification of new project and market opportunities.
- Support, where requested, initiatives in the Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance field , in close integration with operational resilience issues.
Your unique strengths:
- Degree and/or master's degree in safety and crisis management, or degree in engineering or similar subjects
- At least 5-7 years of experience in leading companies and/or leading consulting firms
- Knowledge of the main reference standards and frameworks in the field of resilience and cybersecurity, including ISO 22301, ISO 22361, BCI Good Practice Guidelines, ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework and sector frameworks.
- Knowledge of national and European legislation on resilience and security, including CER Directive, NIS/NIS2 Directive, National Cybersecurity Perimeter and related implementing provisions.
- Fluent knowledge of the English language
- Motivation and enthusiasm for professional activity and excellent relational skills in teamwork
- Certifications such as ISO27001, ISO22301, CBCI, AMBCI, CBCP and in-depth knowledge in physical security and travel risk management will be considered a plus
