This combines savvy capital allocation with a hands‑on operator approach.ResponsibilitiesManage interactions with investors, banks and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication.Build and maintain structured trackers, spreadsheets and reports to monitor projects, time allocation and invoicing across teams, legal entities and years.Catalogue digital documentation, creating a reliable, fool‑proof archive.Handle sensitive documentation, including contracts, salary conversion, off‑boarding and compliance records.Continuously improve team workflows by introducing better structure, tools and automation to increase efficiency and scalability.What we look forReasoning ability.
