Where we need you: Job Title: Customer Service SpecialistDepartment: Plan & Deliver CoEDedication: Full timeLocation: Lainate, Via Clerici Serves as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery in line with service expectations. Supports end-to-end order fulfillment while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your core responsibilities at a glance: Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment. Act as the main contact for customers on order status, delivery updates, and issue resolution. Collaborate with Supply Planning, Transport, and Warehousing teams to ensure smooth operations. Proactively address and resolve service issues, delivery discrepancies, and complaints. Maintain master data and ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal policies. Monitor order KPIs (e.g., OTIF, fill rate) and support root cause analysis for service gaps. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience. The ideal recipe for our new Customer Service Specialist: Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain. 3+ years of experience Proficiency in English ERP systems (SAP) CRM tools MS Office Understanding of order-to-cash and logistics processes. Familiarity with supply chain operations and service KPIs. Experience in a B2B environment.
