La nostra attività è focalizzata su operazioni di M&A, Debt Advisory, Capital Markets e valutazioni aziendali. Collaboriamo con clienti di alto profilo, tra cui fondi di private equity, aziende industriali e istituzioni pubbliche. Responsabilità Durante lo stage, supporterai il team nelle seguenti attività: Analisi e modellazione finanziaria Preparazione di materiali per presentazioni e pitch book Supporto nella redazione di documenti transazionali (Information Memorandum, Teaser) Analisi di mercato Ricerca di potenziali target o acquirenti Partecipazione a processi buy/sell side live in affiancamento al resto del team Requisiti Laurea magistrale in Economia o Finanza (in corso o appena conclusa) Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office Conoscenza dei principali metodi di valutazione aziendale Padronanza dell'inglese, scritto e parlato Durata 6 mesi Retribuzione Euro 1.000 mensili
