The purpose of EFSA is to be globally accessible to any person regardless of their age, gender, culture, or ability, to foster the greatest degree of independence.The interim will be responsible for:Write, edit and proofread documents such as reports, presentations, meeting minutes, templates etc. ensuring the highest level of accuracyPrepare documents from the risk assessment processes for publicationHandle correspondence by managing functional mailboxesEnsure proper document and data managementCollect and compile dataSupport the maintenance and management of databasesArrange meetings and workshopsRequirements:Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level)Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in chemistry, biology, toxicology or a related field with relevance to the risk assessment of active substances used in pesticidesExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook (required), as well as document management systems (preferable)Ability to work autonomously, to proactively address challenges, and to switch quickly from one task to the otherWork experience from an international organisation and knowledge of EU regulations and/or procedures applicable to the area of food safety are considered assets
