(But we keep it.)You have a deep love for data-driven decisions with experience in running split tests, optimising funnels, and developing metrics.You have a growth mindset with a test & learn approach to deliver strong results and fast insights.Nice to haveGood spreadsheets and SQL skills to analyse, filter or join data.Experience in working closely with a sales team in the B2B SaaS world.Enthusiastic about a test‑and‑learn approach and integrating AI into daily.The RoleOn a typical day, you will...Develop a deep understanding of Coverflex’s target buyer and ideal customer profile in the Italian market, and build smart strategies and campaigns to engage this audience effectively.Plan, develop, and deploy targeted campaigns across multiple channels to drive the acquisition of new customers (Paid, Outbound, Lifecycle Marketing and so on)Outbound: Strong knowledge of outbound marketing dynamics. The candidate should be familiar with cold email sequences, A/B testing, outbound tools, lead generation, and key email metrics such as open rate, reply rate, and click‑through rate (CTR).Inbound: good knowledge of inbound generation platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. The candidate should demonstrate a data‑driven mindset and ability to interpret key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPD, CR, and E2E. They should be able to compile these metrics into reports shareable with the team to identify strengths and weaknesses of each campaign.Constantly optimise the sales pipeline by leveraging data at each step of the process - to acquire, accelerate or expand demand.Work closely with the broader team and other areas of the business to shape and amplify the Coverflex story operational, e.g. promoting product launches.
