Ensure school policies are understood and followed consistently.Qualifications Education & Training:Bachelor of Education degree (Ontario or equivalent). Qualified to teach middle‑school students in English. Experience or knowledge in EAL and language acquisition.Experience:Proven experience teaching high school. Creative, passionate and strong work ethic. Experience with innovative teaching and learning. Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem‑solving, negotiation and mediation skills. The lower primary campus (Pre‑Kindergarten to Grade 3) is in San Domenico, Fiesole. Upper primary (Grades 4 & 6) and middle school (Grades 7‑8) are nearby. Senior School (Grades 9‑12) is in Florence, in a historic building less than 2 km from the junior school. All courses are taught in English (except Italian and French), based on the Canada (Ontario) curriculum, with preparation for Italian national exams as a “paritaria” school. Students work toward an Ontario Secondary School Diploma recognised worldwide. A dual high‑school diploma – Liceo delle Scienze Umane – is also available.
