As the field-facing scientific and clinical expert, you accelerate trial execution and retention while sharpening safety practices. Responsabilità Build and maintain deep cell therapy knowledge; develop guidance, training, and best practices
Lead strategic, compliant communications to convey strategy and portfolio differences across regions
Support site initiation content and advanced protocol education; implement competency-based training
Translate inclusion/exclusion criteria and patient flow into actionable site activities to boost enrollment
Capture field insights on feasibility and bottlenecks; support protocol adjustments and preventive actions
Co-create local initiatives with trialists; track outcomes and scale successful approaches
Facilitate scientific dialogues with investigators; ensure governance and learnings capture
Coordinate with Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Supply/Logistics, Patient Operations, and Country teams
Maintain knowledge of local regulations; translate into site actions for inspection readiness
Attend scientific meetings; synthesize insights and build external relationships to pilot innovations
Provide country-specific field insights; shape strategies for scalable, compliant adoption; align with governance and SOPs
Requisiti fondamentali Experience in clinical research or field-facing roles within oncology/hematology or advanced therapies; direct cell therapy experience preferred
Working knowledge of GCP, clinical trial operations, and cell therapy patient journey
Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and training skills; translate complex protocols into practical actions
Willingness to travel regionally, nationally, and internationally
Patient- and site-centric mindset with a bias for action and problem solving
Data-informed approach to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Ability to support multiple studies and indications in a dynamic portfolio
