Contract Manager and Outsourcing Process Lead- IET Engineering Operations

Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.  Partner with the best The Contract Manager and Outsourcing Process Lead- IET Engineering Operations will ensure compliance with Engineering Supplier Long Term Agreement during the whole life of the Contract. As a Contract Manager & Outsourcing Process Lead, you will be responsible for: Overseeing contract management activities ensuring the contract execution meets the SSA requirements. Work with Engineering organization to assure volumes are assigned to selected Suppliers as per Long Term Agreements. Monitoring Suppliers capacity and capability and assure appropriate actions are taken to mitigate potential risks. Monitoring KPIs as defined in the Long-Term Agreement and assure improvement actions are defined and implemented. Driving Operating Rhythms within Engineering Organization and with Suppliers. Supporting Contract Governance activities at senior management level as per SSA Providing timely communications on significant issues or developments. Managing outsourcing processes and tools and drive continuous improvements Driving Operating Rhythms within Engineering Organization and with Suppliers. Managing outsourcing processes and tools and drive continuous improvements Assuring accurate use of BH tools and processes for Engineering outsourcing Ensuring internal tools fit user requirements. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor’s degree in any related field. Have a master’s degree either in Finance or STEM disciplines with technical, legal or commercial knowledge gained within BH sector. Effective problem identification and solution skills.  Proven analytical and organizational ability. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of mid to large scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
