Within the Operations & Supply Chain organizational unit of the Aircraft BU, for the Venegono site, we are looking for a Production Requirements Manager who will be responsible for the following activities:
- Ensures correct service to Production by launching assembly ODLs according to the times and methods predefined by the Corporate Planning System (SAP)
- Ensures the care and management of missing parts by promoting actions and checks towards all Suppliers and Requirements Managers.
- Produces detailed visibility and summary performance indicators. Classifies missing parts by priority and criticality and promotes actions at all levels.
- Participates and contributes to defining the introduction points of CCB modifications.
- Controls the progress status of the assembly lines, correctly weighing the impact of missing parts on actual data and classifying their importance.
- Verifies the closure of all phases of the assembly OdL (including quality) before the accounting entry of the part into the warehouse.
- Participation in LPS activities.
Education:
STEM degree (preferably Management/Aeronautical Engineering)
Required Experience Level:
Junior
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in main Office suite tools.
Knowledge of planning tools and logic.
Behavioral Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Result orientation and priority management.
Problem-solving and structured decision-making approach.
Ability to work in contexts of high technical and organizational complexity.
Language Skills:
English language knowledge B2 level.
Computer Skills:
Good knowledge of the Office suite.
