If youre curious and ready for real ownership youll fit in Does this sound like youProfessional Background A Bachelors or Masters Degree (e.g. Engineering Business) combined with at least 4-5 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or a fast-growing scale-up. FinTech experience is a strong plus.Leadership & Collaboration Exceptional management and cross-functional collaboration skills with a proven ability to lead mentor and build consensus across diverse project teams and departments.Analytical & Strategic Mindset Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid grasp of business economics to develop data-driven winning strategies.C-Level Communication Superior communication and presentation skills in both Italian and English with the ability to convey complex ideas persuasively to any audience including senior executives.Organizational Excellence Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize complex tasks meet tight deadlines and manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.Proactive Ownership A proactive and autonomous mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and take full ownership of challenges in a fast-paced high-growth environment.Dont worry if you dont tick every box.
