E’ responsabile della gestione tecnica del contratto nel rispetto del budget previsto.Descrizione delle attività:E' responsabile della progettazione impiantistica riferita agli impianti meccanici / elettrici;Si configura come referente per il cliente e per i fornitori in accordo ai progetti affidatigli;Provvederà a redigere e/o verificare le specifiche tecniche di acquisto materiali, opere e servizi;Si occuperà dello scouting dei fornitori e degli expediting;In affiancamento al PM, programmerà le attività di progettazione e cantiere in accordo alle tempistiche contrattuali;Assicura che tutte le attività vengano svolte nel rispetto della normativa tecnica, ambientale e di sicurezza;Verifica l'andamento del cantiere e certifica lo stato di avanzamento lavori;Verifica la conformità delle opere realizzate ai target progettuali;Provvede alla preventivazione e alla contabilizzazione dei lavori;Gestisce il ciclo passivo e attivo sul sistema informativo aziendale per le attività di propria competenza;E’ responsabile dell'emissione e dell'aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica del progetto;Coordina il personale tecnico e le ditte in subappalto;Gestisce l’interfaccia tecnica con le funzioni interne coinvolte nel progetto;Verifica l'idoneità degli impianti meccanici/elettrici;E’ responsabile della corretta realizzazione degli impianti nel rispetto dei parametri contrattuali e progettuali;Ottimizza gli impianti e le attività per garantire le performance;Aggiorna il sistema informativo legato al contratto;E’ preposto di cantiere sulla sicurezza.Requisiti:Laurea in Ingegneria meccanica o elettrica;Conoscenza delle normative di settore e degli appalti pubblici;Capacità manageriale;Conoscenza delle tecniche di governo dei processi, programmazione e progettazione;Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza e ambientali;Esperienza nella gestione della contabilità lavori;Conoscenza di sistemi informativi (ERP, SIM, CAD, Pacchetto Office, Primus);Conoscenza della lingua inglese livello B1 (preferibile);Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e in team;Adesione ai valori del gruppo;Completano il profilo ottime doti comunicative, relazionali e forte leadership tecnica.#J-18808-Ljbffr
