Transportation Representative, ATS Relay OpsJob Description for L2 associatesOverviewThe L2 associate acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our delivery partners, so to our delivery partners- you ARE Amazon. L2 Associates are expected to identify DP concerns and work on troubleshooting delivery partner issues and provide process improvement suggestions.Summary of ResponsibilitiesEffectively communicate in a clear and professional manner at all timesProvides/ expedites prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers/ delivery partnersEffectively manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrixDemonstrate excellent time-management skillsMaintains or exceeds targeted performance metricsActively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends to suggest process improvementsKey Job ResponsibilitiesA Transportation Representative provides timely resolution to the issue in hand by researching and querying internal tools and by taking real-time decisions. An ideal candidate should be able to understand the requirements/be able to analyze data and notice trends and be able to drive Customer Experience without compromising on time.
